This policy explains what data FYX Data collects and how it's used. Our starting principle: process as little of your data as possible, and process it on your device instead of ours wherever we can.

1. Data you process in our tools

Tools like our data cleaner run entirely in your browser. The files you work with are not uploaded to our servers during normal use. If a future tool requires server-side processing, that will be stated clearly on that tool's page before you use it.

2. Data you give us directly

If you submit the feedback form or the tool suggestion form, we collect what you enter — your message, and your name or email only if you choose to provide them. This is used solely to respond to you and to inform what we build.

3. Basic site analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregated analytics (such as page-visit counts) to understand which pages are useful. This does not include tracking the content of the data you process inside any tool.

4. Cookies

We use only the minimum cookies required for the site to function (for example, remembering a form submission). We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising tracking.

5. Third-party services

Form submissions are processed through our hosting provider's form-handling service. We do not sell your information to third parties.

6. Data retention

We retain feedback and suggestion submissions only as long as needed to review and act on them.

7. Your rights

You can request that we delete any information you've submitted to us by contacting us through the feedback form.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
