These terms govern your use of FYX Data's tools and website. By using any tool on this site, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the tools.

1. What we provide

FYX Data provides a suite of browser-based data tools, offered "as is." Some tools are free, some have paid tiers, and each tool's specific pricing is shown on its own page before you're asked to pay for anything.

2. Your data

Our tools are designed to process your data locally in your browser wherever possible. We do not require you to upload files to our servers to use core functionality unless a specific tool explicitly states otherwise. You remain responsible for the data you choose to process.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use our tools to process data you don't have the right to use.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious purposes, or abuse the availability of the tools.
• Don't use the tools for anything unlawful.

4. Accounts and billing

Where a tool requires an account or payment, you agree to provide accurate information. Free trial periods, where offered, are described on the relevant tool's pricing page and apply only to new users of that tool.

5. Changes to tools and pricing

We may add, modify, or discontinue individual tools, and adjust pricing for any tool going forward. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify active paying users of material pricing changes before they take effect.

6. Limitation of liability

FYX Data tools are provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the tools, including data loss, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the tools after an update means you accept the revised terms.
